1. Diagnostic Conversation™
We take time to understand your organisation, your team issues, with our easy ‘Diagnostic Conversation’.
Training is then with your outcomes in mind so that after training you observe a positive difference in behaviour and mindset of your people.
Judge us by the questions we ask. The Diagnostic Conversation is useful to do even before you decide which training provider to move forward with. You can assess if the course content matches what you are looking for and whether we are the right cultural fit for your organisation.
2. Questions
Once your workshop is confirmed, we can send you to forward to attendees an quick online survey for them to ask a question each.
Representative questions are explored by the Facilitator on the day.
3. Pre-call
Our experienced and qualified Facilitator will contact you by phone prior to the workshop to confirm logistics and the focus.

Gap Analysis
Some organisations elect to have our Gap Analysis Consultant work with them first to make training more targeted. Find out more about Gap Analysis here.
Emotional intelligence
Without emotional intelligence, a manager can have outstanding technical training, a highly analytical mind, a long-term vision, an endless supply of terrific ideas, yet still not make an effective leader of people.
Effective leaders manage their own thinking, emotions and behaviour. They read the emotions of others, display empathy and work with others in a constructive way.
Research shows managers high in emotional intelligence outperform their targets by 20%. Ninety per cent of a leader’s results come from their emotional intelligence.
Relationship management
Leaders inspire and guide people, develop others by helping them improve performance, manage conflict and resolve disagreements, build relationships by creating a shared vision and synergy.
