Stress Management and
Developing Resiliency
'How to reduce, prevent and cope with stress'
Transform your company into a more vibrant, energetic and healthy workplace.
New workplace safety regulations from 1 January 2012 mean Australian employers are now responsible not only for their staff’s physical safety but also their psychological wellbeing.
Since the Global Financial Crisis (GFC), the two main contributors to psychological ill-health are stress at work and relationship breakdown.
How supportive is your work culture? Two quick questions . . .
1. What percentage of your staff did not take leave in the last 12 months?
2. And of those who took leave, how many also took their laptop or smartphone to check in with the office or reply to work emails during that time?

Healthy employees make for a health organisation. Providing a supportive environment at work leads to higher productivity and performance.
What is Resilience?
Resilience is the ability to bounce back after a difficult or challenging situation.
