Do you know how to access
$4,000 of government funding
for accredited training
per eligible employee?

Only a small proportion of organisations realise they qualify for government funded training in the form of traineeship incentives.

For those of your staff who are eligible (usually those with no prior tertiary qualification) your organisation receives government funding for accredited training to gain a nationally recognised qualification relevant to their job role.

The Australian government understands the nation’s competitive advantage is based on human capital, so a portion of government revenue goes towards Australian traineeship incentives. This covers 100% of the cost of accredited training with grants of up to $4,000 per qualifying employee.

Brainpower Training makes the process simple by:

  1. assisting you to source funding through our preferred Apprenticeships centre
  2. organising your accredited training through our preferred RTOs
  3. bundling additional 'user-pays' Brainpower business skills training for a blended solution.

This maximises the productivity of other members of your organisation who don’t qualify for Government incentives.

Simple example:

50 people in a business or division.

20 people are eligible for Government funding. The manager/owner designates ten of these people should benefit from training which will help strengthen the organisation. All are existing employees.

The Federal Government offers incentives for employees beginning, and again for completing, a nationally recognised training qualification.

In this example the incentivised training is in Frontline Management (Cert IV Business BSB41004).

Ten employees complete this training over a 12-24 month period.

Because the government funding is usually greater than the training fee, there is usually a slight surplus.  You can choose to spend this surplus for an additional five days of business skills training (up to 16 people per course - giving 80 training days).  This enables your remaining 40 people to enhance their skills, dramatically improving their overall productivity.

Return On Investment (ROI) - The bonus business skills training to other employees gives great benefits:

Time Management ROI

Just imagine. . . if you train 30 people in Time Management, then they each work 10% more efficiently, that extra productivity is equal to three full-time positions giving you perhaps a $150,000+ per year benefit.

Customer Service ROI

Did you know most businesses lose 50% of their customers every 5 years… and they don't tell you they are leaving?

Will 10% of YOUR customers leave you this year? Bottom-line: invest in Customer Service training, keep 10% of customers you will otherwise lose, save 10% of current annual turnover.
