Coaching To Build a High Performance Team
Making time to coach your team can be difficult. Let a qualified Brainpower coach do it for you.
What does a Coaching Package include?
It's not a one-size fits all, but here's one way it can be done.
1. Session one is a briefing session with someone you nominate as Sponsor of the person to be coached. It might be their Manager or Supervisor.
This is up to 30 minutes by telephone to discuss with the Coach issues facing this individual; why coaching is important.
This gives the Coach arms-length perspective, prior to the first face to face coaching session.
2. Five coaching sessions per person series, 50 minutes each session, allowing additional 5 minutes post-meeting to make [confidential] written notes.
The first four meetings are at regular intervals (by arrangement)
Session One - Set Action Plan
Session Two - Follow-up on goals
Session Three - Follow-up on goals
Session Four - Follow-up on goals

Session Three - Follow-up on goals
Session Four - Follow-up on goals
Fifth meeting is after one month break:
Session Five - Finalise plans and directions for future

3. Final debrief session with sponsor, 30 minutes, either face to face immediately after final onsite session, or if not available, later by telephone.

- How do we fill the gap?
- What's good; what's not?
- How can I change or improve?
