THE ROLE
You will provide effective care of client accounts.
The role involves using the extensive company database to make appointments to meet (typically in the Sydney CBD or metropolitan area)
pre-existing clients.
At those meetings you will typically:
- evaluate benefit of past programs
- demonstrate to clients return on investment
- discuss their future training needs
- see if we have a training solution to match from our ever-expanding range.

You will demonstrate sound product knowledge to customers over the phone and face-to-face.
You enjoy telephone follow-up and have the ability to cultivate repeat bookings using our systems.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to communicate benefits of business skills training
- Excellent account management skills
- Customer and solution focused
- Able to achieve a target
- Able to operate within set systems and procedures
- Driver's licence and motor vehicle required
- You are a lifelong learner and prepared to read and research the training industry
