Nina Sunday CSP, Managing Director of Brainpower Training, started her enterprise in 1990 with a vision - to establish an organisation delivering tailored, results-focused training, targeted to clients' specific outcomes. 

Brainpower Training is a growing people development company offering a range of soft skills programs in Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge capture, Productivity and Leadership. 

Brainpower Training has a BHAG - big hairy audacious goal - to make a difference as one of Australia's top ten training companies.

Booking office is in Sydney, with freelance Facilitators delivering Brainpower content in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth.  You are assured of consistency. 

We regularly travel to Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, New Zealand and other international destinations.  (We recently sent a Strategic Planning Facilitator to East Timor to guide their petroleum industry.)

Nina Sunday is founder, Managing Director, course designer and Training Solutions Specialist at Brainpower Training.

Founded in 1990, Brainpower Training won a prestigious Innovation in Learning national award from the Australian Institute of Training & Development.  Nina is listed in the 'Who's Who of Australian Women' and was NSW runner-up in a Telstra Executive Woman award.

Nina Sunday has a quality the French call 'soif', thirst for knowledge.  As a speed reading 'maven', she takes delight in capturing information, then passing the insight gained onto others.

 Nina is often the first to pick up on new trends. Her need 'to know' combined with a need 'to share' means Brainpower course content is constantly refreshed and kept up to date. 

Nina Sunday says, 'I love seeing the lights go on in people's heads.'

Prior to starting Brainpower Training, Nina taught high school English in Queensland and NSW high schools, was a Production Manager at ABC Television (The Investigators, Geoffrey Robertson's Hypothetical and Playschool), and Professional Conference Organiser for BIS Shrapnel.

Nina is a leading educator who captivates audiences everywhere with her stories, perspective and effervescent presentation style.

Hedley Galt - BA (Human Movement Studies) ACU, Grad. Cert. Writing (UTS), Cert IV Training and Assessment, Cert. IV Executive Coaching (LCA).

Hedley Galt has a background in media, developing her communication and presentation skills while working as a television presenter in Los Angeles. While manager of a top Sydney agency for models and sportspeople, Hedley implemented training designed to enhance the success of her talent, including effective communication, developing relationships and personal management.

Hedley is a dynamic and highly-interactive Facilitator.

Tom Martin - Th.A, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Cert. IV Coach, CCITT

Tom Martin is a Senior Management professional and Change Facilitator with over 17 years experience in leadership, business strategy, people development, coaching, marketing, project management, and ICT. As NSW State Manager for Telstra Retail he led the Sydney Bid Management team. In Asia and the Middle East he was a linguist and community developer.

Tom acts as a catalyst to drive positive change and leadership with a focus on continuous improvement. He is highly motivated to excel both personally and professionally.

His facilitation style is collaborative, questions-based and interactive. Tom is a highly-regarded business coach for Senior Executives.

Jacqui Morrison - Dip. Bus. Communications (Hons), Cert IV. Training and Assessment

Jacqui Morrison is a Customer Satisfaction specialist consultant, Facilitator and conference speaker. She is accredited to deliver Customer Relations Management, Telephone Techniques, People Skills and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen).

For six years Jacqui was Group Manager for Tory Toyota and was instrumental in shifting its Customer Service ranking from 30th to first position. Jacqui has won numerous customer service awards including Winner National Customer Relations Managers ‘Hall of Fame' Excellence Award.

Jacqui has delivered training for numerous companies including Toyota Australia. Participants comment she has the capacity to make them laugh while communicating an infectious enthusiasm for ‘remarkable' Customer Service.

Clive Cooper - Sales professional, NLP Master Practitioner. 

Clive Cooper has over 25 years experience in sales and sales management and sales training.  Three times a nationally acclaimed convention sales qualifier, Clive has helped develop numerous UK top 100 companies, including being  regular Facilitator at the IBM International Sales and Business School.

Clive has a long track record successfully taking people from different industries and improving their sales practices.  He increases performance in an effective, customer- focused and non-pressurised manner.

Assisting Sales Managers to help their sales team improve is another area Clive has years of experience.   Because of his success at this, he was head-hunted to become a sales management assessor for a leading world bank.

As a Keynote speaker for various industries and organisations, he presented ‘The Mental Art of Selling’, including at the ‘Mandalay Bay’, Las Vegas.

Having worked extensively in Europe, USA and Canada, Clive has recently moved to Sydney from the UK.  Clive makes learning fun, memorable and easily applied.

Kirk Fisher - MA - Educational Studies, Human Dev’t (Norwich, Vermont, USA), Cert. IV Assessment and Workplace Training.

An accomplished educator, leader, author and presenter, Kirk Fisher has over 16 years of experience as a teacher and corporate Facilitator.  For the last two years Kirk served in a national role developing and delivering senior Leadership programs.  He is skilled at clarifying client needs and solutions.

Kirk taught High School English for 10 years and authored over a dozen articles on human development.  Kirk co-founded two secondary schools, one in Australia and one in the USA.  Serving as a School Director he managed staff, recruited personnel, and was responsible for fundraising and communications.

Kirk creates strong rapport whenever he presents and has lead successful workshops with organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Toyota, Philips and Herald Sun.

Shane Garrett designed and delivered Presentation Skills and Leadership and management training for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) where he achieved rank of Squadron Leader. Steve Weaver is an experienced Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Senior Facilitator in Airmen Leadership. To an audience of several hundred senior executives, including the Premier of Queensland, he delivered a keynote on Inspirational Leadership.

He trained Changed Management to senior executives in charge of tens of thousands of staff.  During his 20 years experience in training delivery and evaluation Stephen has been awarded many RAAF commendations for outstanding Leadership training.   Stephen is high-energy and has developed strong public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Mark was awarded a commendation by the Commander of Training, Royal Australian Air Force, for excellence in Leadership training. He is a highly-skilled and dynamic presenter.
